In preparation to work together for immunization rounds, please confirm the immunization dates for your school, for the 2024-2025 school year:

* 1. Wednesday October 16,2024    

* 2. Wednesday January 15, 2025

* 3. Wednesday April 16,2025

*Please note: Assigned school nurse may contact school directly to schedule additional date(s) and time(s), to immunize students who require extra vaccines.

Due to spacing requirements between vaccine doses as set by Alberta Health Immunization Standards, we have limited options for changing the dates. If you have any concerns with your dates, please contact your Assigned School Nurse immediately. We are unable to accommodate any changes once your school has confirmed these dates.

Please notify all school staff of the confirmed dates to avoid scheduling conflicts with field trips, exams such as Provincial Achievement Tests, and any other school events. It is also important to ensure parents are notified of these dates.
